WorldOutgames will take place from 25 July to 2 August, 2009.

The event will start with an innovative and spectacular opening  
ceremony and will end with a nice party. The 7 days in between will  
offer the opportunity to participate in about 30 branches of sports at  
the city's various sizeable sports centres.

The human rights conference will take place from 27 to 29 July, which  
will, among others, focus on LGBT-people in relation to families,  
culture and media and education.

Aside from this, Copenhagen will offer numerous cultural activities  
around in the streets and in the cultural institutions of the city. So  
there will be plenty to see and do.
